What we do
Our volunteers and staff give high quality, independent, information and advice: over the phone; face to face or by email on a huge range of subjects. This gives people the knowledge and confidence they need to understand their options and to solve problems. We achieve great outcomes for our clients including: increasing income; appealing against incorrect benefit decisions; writing off unmanageable debt; preventing homelessness; helping those in fuel poverty or who have been treated unfairly by their employer.
