We are an independent local charity with national support. We help the people of Colchester but are also part of the national Citizens Advice network.
Although most of our advice work is carried out by highly trained volunteers, there are still costs that need to be met including IT, rent on outreaches, training, travel expenses and insurance as well as salaries for our small number of employed staff.
To enable us to give provide a wide ranging, holistic advice service, many individuals and organisations contribute either financially, or by providing accommodation and other services.
We are grateful to all of them for their support.
