Case workers and Social Prescribers are specialists within their subject area who work with clients to interpret information and take action to resolve their issues including Debt and Money problems, Energy, Food, Long-covid, Mental Health and Wellbeing.

Advisers are trained to provide information and advice across a broad range of subjects including Benefits, Consumer Rights, Debt and Money, Family, Health, Housing, Immigration, Law and Courts and Work. Advice is given by phone, face to face or email, helping clients to make informed decisions.

Essential support from specialists (often Volunteers) in Campaigns, Finance, Fundraising, HR, IT, Marketing and Training.
