Trustees are volunteers who help to guide and govern us, working with staff to shape strategy and give direction. Lance Ramsay is Chair of our Trustee Board.

Advisers are trained to provide information and advice across a broad range of subjects including Benefits, Housing, Debt and Money, Work, Family & Relationships, Consumer Rights, Immigration, Legal System, Education and Health. Advice is given by phone, face to face or email, helping clients to make informed decisions.

Case workers are specialists within their subject area who work with clients to interpret information and take action to resolve their issues. Our case workers can provide ongoing help with Debt and Money problems, Energy issues, Benefits questions and support for Ukrainians.

Essential support is provided by our Staff and Volunteers to support the running of our office with Campaigns, Finance, Fundraising, HR, IT, Marketing and Training.
